As Senior VMware Technical Architect, Business Development, Jeff Jackson is responsible for Softchoice’s VMware Cloud business in North America with specific emphasis on VMC on AWS, Azure VMware Solution (AVS), Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE) and VMware Cloud Disaster Recovery (VCDR).

Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in IT, Sales, Operations, and Business Transformation. Prior to Softchoice, he started his career in Global Operations at Business Objects / SAP for 11 years, CTO for a Service Provider for the next 10 years, an Enterprise Architect for Life Critical Systems at 911 and finally 4 years as a Senior Engineer for VMware Canada.

Jeff has a proven transformation track record with accomplished executive experience and a demonstrated ability to integrate leading technology solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree (BEng Hons) from the Brunel University, UK.

Chris Tomiuk

As Business Development Manager for VMware Cloud on AWS, Chris Tomiuk is responsible for Amazon Web Services’ VMware Cloud business for the Canadian Public Sector.

Chris has more than 25 years of experience in IT, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. Prior to AWS, he was at VMware Canada for 5 years as a Client Executive in the Health and Education verticals, as well as 10 years at Dell Canada in various roles.

Chris has a proven business development track record leading complex sales initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University and an MBA from the John Molson School of Business.
